Body Massage – An Ancient Technique of Healing Body and Mind

Balinese massage: It is a gentle kind of massage and aims to make the patient feel calm and relaxed throughout. The techniques involved are skin folding, stroking, kneading and other techniques.

Bowen therapy: It involves rolling movement over muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints. Because of its gentleness, this massage is suitable for newborn people to elderly people.

Breema massage: This consists of gentle and rhythmic leans and stretches.

Stone massage: It involves the application of cold or water-heated stones to apply heat and pressure to the body.
